“How do I schedule a party?” 
Booking the Party
Call 256-270-8570 to check availability for your preferred day & time if scheduling by phone. If scheduling online, select one of the available days and times. Pay a non-refundable 50% deposit by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx, Cash, or Check.  
On the Day of the Party
Arrive up to 15 minutes before your scheduled event. Enjoy your party!  Pay your party balance at the end of the party. 
“What food items am I allowed to bring?” You can bring in CAKE, CUPCAKES, ICE CREAM, & BOTTLED WATER.  Juice boxes, sodas, teas, chocolate milk, and other beverages are available for purchase at the cafe. *Private Events can bring in ANY food/beverage items they would like.
“Do you provide the paper products?” We do not provide paper products or utensils for your cake. We DO provide paper products for pizza & drink or chik-fil-a & drink combos.  
“How early can I arrive for my party?”
You can arrive up to 15 minutes prior to the start time of your event. 
“How long do we get the party area and how long do the kids get to play?”
The Crickety Creek Cabana overlooks the play center and is reserved for your private use for the entire duration of your party.  Your guests also have unlimited access to all of the center’s activities during the party!
“What if I have more guests attend than are included in my party package?”
We welcome as many guests as are able to attend your child’s party! The starting Party Package is for up to 12 participants. Each additional participating guest is only $10 each. (Adults are not included in your guest count and are always free.)
“Can I decorate the Cabana for my party?”
You are welcome to bring in any tabletop decorations you would like to use for your party!  Please no taping or pinning items to the walls, especially the mural.  However, you ARE allowed to pin items to the wooden posts. 
“Do you help with the cake?”
Absolutely!  Your party comes with the full support of our staff.  We coordinate the Happy Birthday song, cake cutting, and distribution to your guests, as well as the opening of gifts if you choose to open them at the center.  We want you to enjoy this party as much as the children!  Leave all of the cleanup to us!
“What if I need to change my party date?”
To complete a party reservation you are asked to pay a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the party package of your choice.  Upon completion, that specific party time and date are reserved solely for your group.  We only schedule one party at a time.  As a courtesy, we do allow you to change your party time or date ONE TIME up to two weeks prior to your event at no charge, as long as the requested time is available. After that, there are no allowable date or time changes. If you must change it, unfortunately your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Rusty Lantern Party Package  $290 + tax  90 minutes for up to 12 Adventurers

INCLUDES Unlimited Rock Climbing on our 3-course rock climbing wall, Unlimited Mechanical Surfing Rides, Big Themed Inflatables, Soft Play, & More for a full 90 minutes!  
PREMIUM PARTY SPOT  The Crickety Creek Cabana, our Private Party Area that overlooks the center, is exclusively yours for the entire duration of your event.  We only have one party at a time.  
INVITES Complimentary invitations are included.  
GUESTS Additional Participating Kids are only $10 each.  (Adults are free and always welcome.)
ENERGETIC STAFF  Our attentive staff assists you with carrying items (presents, cake, etc) in and out of the center and we also assist in serving your cake.  Leave the mess to us.  We take care of all of the cleanup. 
RESERVE  You can reserve your party by phone 256-270-8570 or online.  A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation with the remaining balance (plus any upgrades) due at the end of your event. Guests choose from one of our exciting face-painting designs.  Face-painting art is

performed by Up a Creek staff using safe water-based paints for easy removal.

Custom Party Favors                                 $25 (for party of 12)

Thank your guests for their gifts and attendance by giving them a return pass for a walk-in adventure for Open Play! Receive about 75% off our regular rates with this great party add-on!  Maximum number of passes available is equal to the number of guests in attendance & will be customized with the name of the recipient from the guest of honor.

*NO BIRTHDAY CAKE or OPENING PRESENTS WITHOUT A PARTY RESERVATION.

*EVERY PARTICIPATING GUEST has to have a completed registration waiver on file.

*LATE ENTRY DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A LATER STAY.

*150 LB. MAXIMUM WEIGHT LIMIT FOR CLIMBING WALL.

*PARTIES ARE NOT PRIVATE EVENTS UNLESS SPECIFIED AND THE FACILITY WILL REMAIN OPEN TO OTHER CUSTOMERS UNTIL NEARING CAPACITY.

*NO GUM, TOBACCO PRODUCTS, VAPING, DRUGS, SHARP OBJECTS, OR ROUGH PLAY ALLOWED.

*PARTY RESERVATION DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.


UP A CREEK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY ENTRY OR REQUIRE TO VACATE PREMISES BASED ON CAPACITY, OFFENSIVE BEHAVIOR, FOUL LANGUAGE, THREATENING GESTURES OR TONE, INAPPROPRIATE CLOTHING, SEVERE WEATHER, OR FAILURE TO FOLLOW WRITTEN AND/OR VERBAL REQUESTS BY STAFF.  ENTRY OR STAY WILL NOT BE PERMITTED AND POLICE NOTICED IF ATTEMPTED.  THE SAFETY AND ENJOYMENT OF OUR GUESTS IS OUR TOP PRIORITY.  WE ARE A FAMILY-ORIENTED SAFE-ZONE.

Make it a Private Event

Just Add $125 to your party package.  

A $125 premium added to any party package will make your event completely PRIVATE & the facility will be closed to the public!  Not only will your guests be treated like V.I.P.s, it will also increase your party time from 90 minutes to 120 minutes.  Your ability to bring in outside food and beverages is UNRESTRICTED.  Private Upgrade payments are requested in advance so we can announce center closure.
